Founded on March 4, 2020 by four filmmakers in Los Angeles, the Habesha Film Association (HFA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for filmmakers from the Horn of Africa and its diaspora. We connect creatives, share resources, and celebrate stories that shine a positive light on our culture and communities.
